Diet for weight loss in the office: lose 6 lbs in 7 days.

If you need to lose weight fast, the Woman Diet is what you're looking for. The woman diet allows to losing 6 lbs in 7 days with meals easy to bring to the office. This diet is recommended for women who eat in the office with scarce time.

Weight loss: up to 6 lbs per week.
Diet duration: 7 days. The diet can be extended but always under medical supervision.

For the Woman Diet, we suggest you to follow this weekly diet plan. Diet recommended for any healthy woman, except pregnant women or under continuing medical treatment.

Woman Diet for Weight Loss in the Office

Breakfast of the woman diet:

- Infusion, tea, or coffee (you can add skimmed milk).
- 1 toast of whole-wheat bread with fresh cheese non-fat, or fruits jam for diet.
- 1 apple, or 1 yogurt without cereals.

In the office, you can drink all the tea you want (with exception of persons who suffer anemia); with regard to the coffee, try to not drink more than 3 coffees per day (hypertense persons have to avoid coffee).

Lunch of the woman diet:

Lunch alternative 1
Half chicken breast, carrot, tomato and onion (you can avoid it). You can dress with few drops of olive oil, or soy oil and lemon juice (add salt in case of being hypotense - a blood pressure lower than 100/60).

Lunch alternative 2
A small canister of natural tuna (without oil) mixed with onion (you can replace it with peppers or with slices of tomato).

Lunch alternative 3
1 chicken breast and 1 tomato.

Snack (Mid-afternoon)
- 1 non-fat fruit yogurt (without cereals)
- 1 glass of fruit juice, or vegetables juice.

Dinner of the woman diet:

Before dinner (30 minutes):
- 1 juice with orange and peaches, or 1 juice with orange and strawberries (you can add sweetener).

Dinner alternative 1
- Vegetable soups or broth prepared as you like.
- 1 fish filet, or chicken, or veal meat low-fat.
- 1 salad with grated carrot, lettuce and tomato, dressed with lemon juice.

Dinner alternative 2
- Broth prepared as you like, or vegetable soup.
- 1 mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, parsley, garlic, cucumbers, potato).
- Gelatin light or 1 fruit.

Dinner alternative 3
- 1 grilled chicken breast without, cooked with lemon juice and parsley.
- 1 salad with lettuce and onion, or tomato.

Woman Diet Guidelines:

Follow the diet religiously, drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and complement the diet with a multivitamins tablet. For better results, it's mandatory to practice exercise,  for example walk fast daily during 30 minutes.
