Breakfast:
1 glass of soy milk with 1 spoonful of wheat germ, 2 spoonfuls of muesli (cereals wholemeal) and nuts or pieces of almonds (10 oz, 30 grs). Or also: cottage cheese (35 oz, 100 grs) with honey, orange juice, 1 slice of wholemeal bread with jam without sugar.

Lunch:
All lunches have to start with a mixed salad. After: eggs with mushrooms, or grilled macaroni with mushrooms sauce, or also lentils with brown rice.

Dinner:
Fruits salad with wholemeal cookies with oats; or vegetable soup and wholemeal bread with honey.
