Food combining diet menu to lose weight up to 5 lbs per month.


The Food Combining Menu divides the authorized food in 7 groups. Each day you can cook your own menu following your preferences, but always choosing the food from the mentioned groups. The food combining menu is based on the principle of separating specific foods and eating them at certain meals for losing weight, good metabolism and proper digestion.

Weight loss: 5 lbs per month.
Diet duration: unlimited.

The Food Combining Menu is an excellent diet for persons who want to lose weight with a balanced diet.


Food Combining Menu: Authorized food in 7 groups


Group 1: Natural juice fruits.

Group 2: Vegetables juice (tomato, carrot).

Group 3: infusions.

Group 4: Different drinks, as black tea without sugar or with saccharin, light tea with lemon or hot consomé. You can prepare the consommé like this: 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, half cup of spinach, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 cup of tomato juice and 1 teaspoon of mil. Cook all on slow fire and pass it through a blender.

Group 5: Milkshake, skimmed yogurt and milk.

Group 6: Fresh vegetables as carrot, celery, parsley, spinach, cucumbers, asparagus, peppers, eggplants, cauliflower, tomatoes, lettuce, onion.

Group 7: Organic fruits as grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, apple, melon, watermelon, grape, pear, strawberries, raspberries.

All kind of spices are prohibited with the exception of the soy sauce, honey and brown sugar. Also is prohibited food that is not mentioned as banana, potatoes, bread, butter, white sugar, fat, meat or alcohol.

Diet Menu: Food Combining Menu to Lose Weight


Breakfast
1 glass of juice from group 1, 1 hot drink from group 4, fresh fruit from group 7,
or 1 cup of milk from group 5,
or 1 milkshake with 2 vegetables from grup 6,
or 2 fruits juice from group 7.

Lunch
1 cup of consommé from group 4, 1 cup of milk from group 5, 2 cups of salad from group 6 and 1 cup of tea from group 3.

Snack
A breakfast.

Dinner
1 cup of consommé from group 4, cooked vegetable with onions from group 6, 1 baked apple from group 7 and 1 hot drink from group 3 or 4.

Before going to bed
The same as breakfast and also 1 hot drink from group 3.

Food Combining Guidelines to lose weight


• Don't eat/drink more than 3 cups per day from group 5.
• All salads can be seasoned with yogurt, lemon, sea salt or soy sauce.
• All fruit juices can be mixed with yogurt and lemon.
