4 day diet: easy food combining diet to lose 4 lbs in 4 days.

The 4 day diet secret consists on combining food to lose weight, help digestion and feel better. This healthy 4 day diet is based on food combining. You must eat the quantity of food indicated in the diet and not include any other food. It's the chemical interaction of food that makes you losing weight.

Weight loss: 4 lbs in 4 days.
Diet duration: 4 days (don't extend more than 4 days without medical supervision)

General recommendation of the 4 day diet of food combining:
• All food must be eaten in normal portions.
• Meat and vegetables must seasoned with lemon and salt only.
• Remove the skin of the chicken.
• Drink at least 5 glasses of water per day: 1 before every lunch, 1 in the evening and 1 before going to bed.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and half cup of beans.
Dinner: Grilled meat, lettuce, 1 tomato and 1 little apple.

DAY 2 of the FOOD COMBINING DIET

Breakfast: Half orange and 1 cup of black coffee or tea.
Lunch: Half cup of pumpkin, half cup of beans, half cup of cauliflower and half cup of compote of apple.
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast, lettuce and 1 glass of tomato juice.

DAY 3 of the FOOD COMBINING DIET

Breakfast: Half orange and 1 cup of black coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 grilled hamburger, salad with lettuce and celery and 1 little apple.
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken breast, half cup of beans and 1 glass of plums juice.

DAY 4 of the FOOD COMBINING DIET

Breakfast: Half orange and 1 cup of black coffee or tea.
Lunch: 2 eggs, half cup of beans and 1 glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: Grilled meat, 2 tomatoes, 1 glass of tomato juice, and 1 slice of melon.
