3 day diet: food combining diet to lose 6 lbs in 3 days.

The 3 day diet secret consists on combining food to lose weight, help digestion and feel better. This healthy 3 day diet is based on food combining.

It's important to know that the food can only be changed for a similar one. For example, a fish can be replaced by other similar fish. Lunch and dinner are interchangeable.

Weight loss: 6 lbs in 3 days.
Diet duration: 3 days (don't extend more than 1 month without medical supervision)

DAY 1 of the FOOD COMBINING DIET

Breakfast:
1 skimmed yogurt (non-fat)
10 almonds or nuts
Vegetables juice

Lunch
Grilled salmon (dress with garlic, parsley, olive oil or soy oil).
Spinach cake and pumpkin.

Snack
Fruits salad

Dinner
Chicken, cooked as you like (dress with lemon, pepper, olive oil, parsley and garlic).
Salad with vegetables (dress with olive oil, vinegar and salt).

DAY 2 of the FOOD COMBINING DIET

Breakfast
Skimmed yogurt (non-fat)
2 toasts of wholemeal bread, with ham diet.

Lunch
Spaghetti with tomato sauce (homemade, with garlic, parsley and pepper).
Carrots grated, dressed as you like.

Snack
1 milkshake of banana (1 banana, half glass of skimmed milk, few ice and 1 spoon of sugar)

Dinner
Meat of cattle or beef, grilled or cooked
Salad with red pepper, celery and lettuce. Dress with olive oil, vinegar and few salt.

DAY 3 of the FOOD COMBINING DIET

Breakfast
1 cup of tea or other infusion.
2 toasts of bran bread with jam diet.

Lunch:
Salad with tuna, asparagus, raw spinach, fennel and cucumber.
Pumpkin cake (2 whites of egg, pumpkin, baked)

Snack
1 skimmed yogurt diet.

Dinner
Baked fish. Dress with lemon, parsley, olive oil and few salt.
Mushrooms cooked with few olive oil, and baked.
