Quick Diet, 7 day diet to lose fat without the "yo-yo" effect !


The Quick Diet is recommended for persons who want to lose weight very fast. Weight loss results are incredible and has an extra advantage: the "yo-yo" effect is not produced.
Weight loss: 8 lbs in 7 days. The Quick diet must not be exceed these 7 days due to its low caloric level.


Monday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
Infusions with sweetener (all you want)
1 toast of wholemeal bread with light ham

Lunch:
1 cup of vegetables soup without fat
1 piece of non-fat grilled meat
1 salad with 2 tomatoes
1 apple

Snack:
Infusions with sweetener (all you want)
2 cookies

Dinner:
1 cup of vegetables soup
1 dish of spinach boiled
1 potato boiled
1 portion of apples compote

Tuesday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
Tea with sweetener

Lunch:
1 cup of vegetables soup (home made)
1 grilled chicken breast without skin
1 fruits salad with sweetener
1 small portion of fruits salad

Snack:
1 infusion with sweetener
2 pieces of feta cheese and cooked ham
2 cookies

Dinner:
1 cup of light vegetables soup
1 medium portion of raw vegetables
1 small dish of boiled spinach
1 orange

Wednesday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
Infusions with sweetener (all you want)
3 cookies

Lunch:
1 cup of soup light
2 fillets of grilled hake with lemon
1 baked apple

Snack:
Coffee or tea with sweetener
1 toast of wholemeal bread with skimmed fresh cheese

Dinner:
1 dish of diet soup
2 cups of spinach and skimmed fresh cheese
1 gelatin diet

Thursday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
Infusion with sweetener (all you want)
3 cookies with ham diet

Lunch:
1 dish of diet soup
1 grilled beef low-fat
1 medium mixed salad (tomato, lettuce, onion, carrot and 1 egg)
1 gelatin diet

Snack:
Infusions with sweetener (all you want)
3 cookies with jam diet

Dinner:
1 dish of diet soup
1 medium portion of boiled spinach
1 medium salad with carrot, tomato and 1 hard egg
1 orange

Friday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
1 coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener
2 toasts of diet bread
2 teaspoons of skimmed fresh cheese

Lunch:
1 cup of non-fat soup
2 fillets of grilled hake with lemon
1 medium portion of boiled vegetables
1 gelatin diet

Snack:
Tea with sweetener
2 rice cookies with ham diet

Dinner:
1 cup of vegetables soup (homemade)
2 cups of spinach and skimmed fresh cheese
1 fruit of season

Saturday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with sweetener
2 cookies
Juice with 1 orange and 1 grapefruit

Lunch:
1 medium dish of homemade vegetables soup
1 salad with mix of raw vegetables with lemon juice
1 green apple

Snack:
Infusions with sweetener (all you want)
2 rice cookies with ham diet and with fresh skimmed cheese

Dinner:
1 dish of diet soup
1 piece of grilled turkey without fat
1 salad with mixed vegetables
1 gelatin diet with pieces of fruit

Sunday: Quick Diet Menu

Breakfast:
Infusions with sweetener (all you want)
2 rice cookies with jam diet

Lunch:
1 dish of diet soup
1 roasted chicken breast
½ pumpkin
1 portion of plums compote

Snack:
1 cup of coffee with skimmed milk and sweetener
3 cookies with jam diet

Dinner:
1 large dish of homemade vegetable soup
1 medium salad with cooked vegetables
