Burn fat diet: lose 4 lbs per week with a Soup Diet.


The Burn fat diet can be used with the frequency you want. If you follow the diet plan correctly, your immune system will be cleaned and it will make you feel better.


With the Burn Fat Diet, after 3 days, if you followed it without cheating, you will lose between 5 and 6 lbs. After 7 days, you will have lost between 16 and 18 lbs. If you have lost more than this, don't follow the diet immediately, but eat normally during 2 days, and then start again the diet. Diet plan for the burn fat diet:

Recipe of The Soup Burn Fat:


6 onions (big)
2 green peppers
1 bunch of celery and 1 can of whole or peeled tomatoes (6 tomatoes)
1 cabbage
1 cube of chicken broth

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and put them into a pot with tomatoes and a cube of chicken broth. Boil all food for 10 minutes and decrease fire when the vegetables are cooked. If you want, you can add salt, pepper, curry or spicy sauce in the Soup Burn Fat.

Diet plan for the burn fat diet: 7 days to lose weight


Day 1: Burn Fat Diet
Eat only the soup burn fat and fresh fruits, except bananas. Melon and watermelon are recommended because they are fruit with low calories. Remember, only drink juices, tea, coffee without sugar and water.

Day 2: Burn Fat Diet
This day, you have to eat only vegetables. Don't eat fruits.
Eat canned, steam, or raw vegetables. If you prefer cooked vegetables, boil them with the broth of the soup burn fat. Don't cook them with butter or oil.
Eat green leafy vegetables. Don't eat beans or lentils.
Eat always vegetables with the soup burn fat.
At night, rewards you eating a big potato cooked at oven, with a little of butter or olive oil.

Day 3: Burn Fat Diet
This day is the combination of the previous 2 days. Eat all the day fruits and vegetables, except bananas.
For dinner, don't eat the potato.

Day 4: Burn Fat Diet
Eat only the soup burn fat, skimmed milk and bananas.
Eat until 3 bananas and 2 glasses of skimmed milk, and so many glasses of water as you want.
The bananas of this day are to help you not succumb to the temptation of sweets.

Day 5: Burn Fat Diet
Today you eat meat. You can eat up to 1/4 lbs of defatted meat (for example chicken without skin) and up to 5 organic tomatoes. You have to eat between 5 and 8 glasses of water to remove the uric acid produced by the meat. Drink the soup burn fat at least once on this day.

Day 6: Burn Fat Diet
Today is the day of vegetables and meat. Eat as many of vegetables and meat as you want (until be full).
If you want, you can eat a steak for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat a lot of salad with the meat, but no potatos. Be sure to eat the soup burn fat at least once during the day.

Day 7: Burn Fat Diet
