The good diet is perfect for women with few discipline but with many desires of weight loss. Follow the diet religiously and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

• Infusion with sweetener
• Mini-sandwich "light" with 1 slice of bread (bran or whole-wheat), with 1 slice of tomato, 1 spoonful of fresh cheese non-fat and 1 piece of cooked ham

Mid-morning
• Milkshake, prepared with 1 little fruit and half glass of skimmed milk

Lunch
• Broth or vegetable soup
• Grilled chicken with lemon
• Salad with lettuce, tomato and onion
• Citrus fruit cocktails: half orange and half grapefruit

Snack
• Infusion with sweetener or 1 glass of fruit juice
• 1 slice of pizza with cheese and tomato

Mid-afternoon
• 1 yogurt or skimmed milk, with 2 almonds

Dinner
• Broth or vegetables soup
• Mixed vegetables with onion, tomato, palm heart and carrot
• Salad with lettuce and cucumbers
• Gelatin, yogurt or milkshake without sugar

Wednesday: Good Diet Menu

Breakfast
• 1 glass of fresh orange juice
• 1 skimmed yogurt (add pieces of fruit if you want), with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds or sunflower

Mid-morning
• Infusion with skimmed milk
• 1 apple

Lunch
• Broth or vegetables soup
• Baked hake filet
• Salad with tomato, beet, beans and celery
• Fresh plums

Snack
• 1 glass of soy milk
• 1 slice of bran bread with fresh cheese

Mid-afternoon
• Infusion with skimmed milk
• 2 slices of pineapple

Dinner
• Broth or vegetables soup
• Spinach cake
• Half tomato with oregano
• 1 slice of watermelon

Thursday: Good Diet Menu

Breakfast

• 1 toast of bran bread
• 1 spoonful of fresh cheese (non-fat)
