Tea Diet to Lose Weight: drink tea in all meals to lose 6 lbs in 7 days. Original tea diet recipes. Weight loss diet. Tea diet.


If you need to lose weight fast, the Tea Diet is what you're looking for. With the Tea Diet you can lose up to 6 lbs in 7 days. Follow the diet religiously, drink at least 5 glasses of water per day and complement the diet with a multivitamins tablet.

Weight loss: up to 6 lbs per week.
Diet duration: 1 week. The diet can be extended but always under medical supervision.

Diet recommended for any healthy person, except persons with anemia, kids, pregnant women and people under continuing medical treatment.

• 1 cup of tea without sugar

Mid-morning:
• 1 skimmed yogurt
• 1 apple

Lunch:
• ham (8 oz, 25 grs)
• whole-wheat bread (10 oz, 30 grs)
• 1 glass of fresh orange juice
• 1 cup of tea

Dinner:
• 1 portion of salad with cheese (7 oz, 20 grs), ham (8 oz, 25 grs), lettuce, tomato and celery.
. 1 glass of orange juice
• 1 cup of tea without sugar

Tuesday: Tea Diet Menu

Breakfast:
• 1 glass of skimmed milk
• 1 pear
• 1 toast of wholemeal bread
• jam light
• 1 cup of tea

Mid-morning:
• 1 glass of skimmed milk
• 1 mandarin
• 1 cup of tea

Lunch:
• roasted chicken without skin (50 oz, 150 grs)
• 1 portion of salad with watercress
• 1 apple

Dinner:
• turkey (8 oz, 25 grs)
• wholemeal bread (10 oz, 30 grs)
• 1 pear
• 1 cup of tea

Wednesday: Tea Diet Menu

Breakfast:
• 1 apple
• 1 banana
• 1 glass of skimmed milk
• 1 cup of tea

Mid-morning:
• toasted bread (10 oz, 30 grs) with jam
• 1 cup of tea

Lunch:
• hake (85 oz, 250 grs)
• boiled cauliflower (85 oz, 250 grs) with few drops of oil
• wholemeal bread (25 oz, 75 grs)
• 1 apple or mandarin
• 2 cup of tea

Dinner:
• cauliflower (8 oz, 25 grs)
• boiled fish (25 oz, 75 grs)
• cooked potatoes (3.5 oz, 100 grs)
• lettuce salad (70 oz, 200 grs)
• white bread (7 oz, 20 grs)

Thursday: Tea Diet Menu

Breakfast:
• 1 peach
• cheese (10 oz, 35 grs)
• bread (10 oz, 30 grs
• 1 cup of tea

Mid-morning:
• 1 skimmed yogurt
• 1 glass of fruit juice
• 1 cup of tea

Lunch:
• 1 beefsteak
• cooked potatoes (3.5 oz, 100 grs)
• wholemeal bread (3.5 oz, 100 grs)
• 1 glass of orange juice
• 1 cup of tea

Dinner:
• rice (7 oz, 20 grs) with tomato
• grilled hake (70 oz, 200 grs)
• bread (10 oz, 30 grs)
• 1 peach
• 1 cup of tea

Friday: Tea Diet Menu

Breakfast:
• cheese (7 oz, 20 grs)
• ham (8 oz, 25 grs)
• wholemeal bread (8 oz, 25 grs)
• 1 glass of orange juice

Mid-morning:
• 1 portion of fruits salad
• 2 cups of tea

Lunch:
• 1 portion of chicken
• boiled cauliflower (85 oz, 250 grs) with few drops of oil
• white bread (25 oz, 75 grs)
• 1 portion of diet gelatin

Dinner:
• grilled meat without fat (3.5 oz, 100 grs)
• raw tomato (50 oz, 150 grs)
• bread (10 oz, 30 grs)
• rice with milk (50 oz, 150 grs)

Saturday: Tea Diet Menu

Breakfast:
• 1 orange
• 1 skimmed yogurt
• 1 cup of tea

Mid-morning:

Lunch:
• 1 dish of pasta with the sauce you prefer
• wholemeal bread (10 oz, 30 grs)

Dinner:

• corn (10 oz, 30 grs)
• carrot (12 oz, 40 grs)
• asparagus (15 oz, 50 grs)

Breakfast:

• omelet with 1 egg and mushrooms
