The Soviet Air Force Diet: low-calories diet prescribed to soviet pilots to lose 20 lbs in 14 days.

This Fast Diet was created by the Soviet Union Air Force to maintain the ideal body weight of the pilots. The Soviet Air Force Diet is a low calories diet, which makes it a strict diet.

Diet duration: 2 weeks (maximum)
Weight loss: 20 lbs.




Diet menu of the Soviet Air Force Diet to lose 20 lbs in 14 days:

Monday

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: 2 eggs and 1 tomato.
Dinner: red meat (70 oz, 200 grs) and abundant green salad.

Tuesday

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: red meat (70 oz, 200 grs) and abundant green salad.
Dinner: ham (70 oz, 200 grs) and 1 skimmed yogurt.

Wednesday

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: abundant green salad, 2 tomatoes and 1 orange.
Dinner: ham (50 oz, 150 grs), mixed fruit salad and 2 eggs.

Thursday

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: gruyere cheese (70 oz, 200 grs), 1 egg and 1 carrot.
Dinner: mixed fruit salad and 1 skimmed yogurt.

Friday

Breakfast: ham (70 oz, 200 grs), 1 cup of raw carrot.
Lunch: roasted fish (85 oz, 250 grs) and 2 tomatoes.
Dinner: red meat (100 oz, 300 grs)

Saturday

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: boiled chicken (85 oz, 250 grs) and 1 citric fruit.
Dinner: 2 eggs and 1 cup of raw carrot.

Sunday

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: red meat (70 oz, 200 grs) and 1 citric fruit (grapefruit, lemon...)
Dinner: everything what you want, but with moderation.

Guidelines of The Soviet Air Force Diet:

  • Drink a lot of water, 8-ounce glasses of water per day (2 quarts, 1.8 liters), except during meals.
  • Salads can be seasoned with vinegar, lemon, soya sauce or mustard.
  • Use saccharin or artificial sweetener.
  • If you are hungry you can eat a fruit (minimum 2 hours after the meals).
