A low-calorie diet plan to lose weight (7 to 8 lbs per week)

The 900 Calories Diet is recommended for any healthy person who wants to lose weight fast.

Diet duration: 1 month. The diet can be extended but always under medical supervision.
Weight loss: 7 to 8 lbs per week.





For the 900 Calories Diet, we recommend you to follow this calorie diet menu:

Diet menu for 1 day from the 900 Calories Diet:

BREAKFAST:
• Tea or coffee without sugar.
• Skimmed milk (1 glass) or 1 yogurt without sugar.
• Bread (8 oz, 25 grs) or 2 crackers.
• 1 egg or low-fat ham (10 oz, 35 grs)

LUNCH:
• Mixed salad, seasoned with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
• Meat (50 oz, 150 grs) or fish (70 oz, 200 grs)
• 1 yogurt without sugar (liquid saccharin can be used)
• 2 pieces of fruit.

DINNER:
• Mixed salad, seasoned with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
• Meat (50 oz, 150 grs) or fish (70 oz, 200 grs)
• Green vegetables (70 oz, 200 grs)
• Low-fat cheese, less than 25% fat (50 oz, 150 grs)

OBSERVATION ABOUT THE 900 CALORIES DIET:
• For each day, it's allowed to eat few drops of oil (2 oz, 5 grs).
• Meat, no matter what kind, that belong to lean meat and fat-free.
• Fish can be blue (maximum 3 times a week). With white fish, there is no problem or limitation (except the mentioned quantities).
