  • Lunch: vegetables cream (broccoli, carrots and beets spinach) and half cup of cooked noodles.
  • Snack: 1 boiled egg. 2 small portions of fresh cheese, skimmed milk with coffee.
  • Dinner: half chicken breast without skin, roasted or in the microwave, 2 cups of
    salad without oil.

Brooke Shields diet: Daily menu 2

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of cereals with grapes and half cup of skimmed milk.
  • Lunch: Half cup of black beans and 1 bread pita filled with 1 cup of salad without oil.
  • Mid-morning: 1 portion of sponge cake with grapes and cinnamon, 1 piece of cheese cream, coffee or tea.
  • Dinner: roasted fish with salad and half cup of rice.
